When I was diagnosed with ADHD 3 years ago, my world suddenly began to make sense to me. For decades, I've struggled with day-to-day tasks such as doing laundry, washing the dishes, or even remembering to eat! I became so good at my jobs that I neglected to make time for myself. After my last job came to an end, I decided that I wanted to make a difference, not just in my life, but in the lives of my friends and colleagues as well.
